We have three great shows in 2024; we started with “Matilda the Musical Jr” in March, which had fantastic audiences and was lots of fun!

July will see our production of “The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition” over the weekend of July 13/14, performances at 2pm and 5pm.  Can you believe that in almost 25 years of classes and shows, Starset Theatre has never previously performed this classic?

Our Christmas 2024 show is still to be announced but will take place over the weekend of 21/22 December.  We can’t announce the title just yet but it’s sure to be popular!

Remember that Saturday students perform in Saturday shows, Sunday students perform in Sunday shows – so if you know one of our students, make sure you book for the correct day!

Classes are running now until our July show “The Wizard of Oz”! Our show takes place on the weekend of July 13/14 and then the following weekend of July 20/21 will be our last week of term – and of the school year – so there’ll be fun and games and maybe even some awards to recognise our most dedicated and improved students! Make sure you’re there!!

We’ll be on summer holiday from weekend classes until September 7/8 and will then run every weekend until our Christmas show, which takes place the weekend of December 21/22.

Don’t forget that Summer School runs the week of 29th July and also the following week, week beginning 5th August, when students can “Sing, Dance, Act!” all week before performing the end-of-week show in Friday afternoon for family and friends.  Contact Us to book a place at classes!

This year’s summer workshops run 29 Jul – 2 August and 5-9 August at Boldon School.

Join us for a full week of performing arts activities, with a show on Friday afternoon to let your family and friends see what you’ve been up to! As both weeks are different, you can come either week or even both!

We’ll be brushing up our singing, dancing and performance skills, working on-stage in the theatre.  This is the ideal opportunity to come and see what it’s like to be on-stage!

Classes run every day from 9.30-3.30, with early drop-off available from 9am.  The Friday show takes place at 4pm to allow our superstars the chance for a full Dress Rehearsal with lights and microphones before the audience arrives.
