We have three great shows in 2024; we started with “Matilda the Musical Jr” in March, which had fantastic audiences and was lots of fun!

July saw our production of “The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition” over the weekend of July 13/14.  Can you believe that in almost 25 years of classes and shows, Starset Theatre had never previously performed this classic?

Our Christmas 2024 show has been announced as Peter Pan and will take place over the weekend of 21/22 December.  Students have already been cast in parts and are working hard to deliver a great Christmas show – tickets are already flying out so make sure you get booked!

Remember that Saturday students perform in Saturday shows, Sunday students perform in Sunday shows – so if you know one of our students, make sure you book for the correct day!

Classes are running now for the 2024/2025 school year.  We run every week until the weekend of December 21/22 when we perform “Peter Pan” and then resume after the Christmas holidays on the weekend of January 5/6 2025.  Our Spring Term show will be Legally Blonde Jr on the weekend of April 5/6. Starset Theatre Stage School will then be on holiday for Easter and return to classes on 26th/27th April.  Our summer school is scheduled for the weekend of July 12th/13th; the week after that, the weekend of 19th/20th July, will be our last week of term – and of the school year – so there’ll be fun and games and maybe even some awards to recognise our most dedicated and improved students! Make sure you’re there!!

We’ll be on summer holiday from weekend classes until September 6/7 and will then run every weekend until our 2025 Christmas show, which takes place the weekend of December 20th/21st.

Don’t forget that Summer School will run for two separate weeks in the 2025 summer holidays; the week of 28th July and also the following week, week beginning 4th August, when students can “Sing, Dance, Act!” all week before performing the end-of-week show in Friday afternoon for family and friends.  Contact Us to book a place at classes!

2025’s summer workshops run 28 Jul – 1 August and 4-8 August at Boldon School.

Join us for a full week of performing arts activities, with a show on Friday afternoon to let your family and friends see what you’ve been up to! As both weeks are different, you can come either week or even both!

We’ll be brushing up our singing, dancing and performance skills, working on-stage in the theatre.  This is the ideal opportunity to come and see what it’s like to be on-stage!

Classes run every day from 9.30-3.30, with early drop-off available from 9am.  The Friday show takes place at 4pm to allow our superstars the chance for a full Dress Rehearsal with lights and microphones before the audience arrives.
